The Idea

Soul2Match, your guide to love at first sight!
Why fill out long questionnaires when one picture says more than a 1 000 words?

Combining science with a love story

What started out as an observation by someone in a church by a father to his son, has turned into a revolutionary matchmaking service. Many years ago, a man noticed how two people looked somewhat similar. Unbeknownst to him many years later, these two people ended up together. The son never forgot this occurrence. The initial concept of Soul2Match and its eventual use of facial recognition software was born.

Science proves that soulmate relationships are based on shared values that can be detected in facial features. The biometric software of Soul2Match analyzes facial features and bone structure, helping to detect levels of soulmate love and friendship.

Drawing from age old love principles

Both the phenomenon «soulmates» and «love at first sight» date back to ancient Greek, with Aristophanes mentioning the concepts in Plato's Symposium. Recent scientific research confirms the existence of both. People are attracted to people who resemble their close genetic counterparts, which can be measured in features in the face. The more you match, the happier couples are in long-term relationships. This is what Soul2Match is based on.

We've drawn on comprehensive research, studies and reports, including:

  • Folkes, 1982, Wilson et al, 2006
  • Zajonc et al, 1987
  • Locke & Horowitz, 1990
  • Penton-Voak, Perrett, and Peirce, 1999
  • DeBruine, 2002
  • Little, Burt, & Perrett, 2006
  • And many more...

We've combined science and technology and developed a revolutionary matchmaking concept.
